A creative regulation facilitator, breathwork guide, and nervous system specialist but long before any of that, I was an artist. Art was my first language.
I spent years in the world of fine art, studying through Europe, my art displayed in galleries across Los Angeles and New York.
For me, creativity was how my nervous system has always known how to speak.
Then my life collapsed - abruptly and completely.
Loss. Illness. Isolation. All in the midst of mothering two babies.
The kind of implosion where there is no support system, no safety net, and no room to fall apart for very long. I wasn’t looking for healing modalities. I was trying to survive.
That’s when I turned inward - not to analyze what happened, but to move it through me.
Through breath.
Through nervous system regulation.
Through creative flow states that bypassed the part of the brain stuck in survival mode.
What I discovered changed everything...
When the body is given the right conditions, it knows how to release what it's been holding. Without forcing, reliving, or endlessly talking about the past.
Learning how to create those right conditions saved my life.
And over time, it became the work I now guide other women through.
Today, I create deeply safe, intimate containers where women can regulate, release, and reconnect -
